We offer contactless delivery throughout Auckland on Wednesdays and Fridays. -Wednesday deliveries- Must order by Sunday evening.-Friday Deliveries- Must order by Tuesday evening.
Please place your orders before the cut off days to ensure your delivery reaches you in time. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. If for some reason your order is delayed, we will be in touch with you.
Because your orders and handmade in small batches, occasionally we can run out of stock of particular items. This may mean your order may sometimes take a little longer to arrive. We can’t rush the goodness, and we appreciate your patience.
All orders are final and non-refundable. Raw Kind will not accept returns if you simply change your mind. Returns will only be accepted if the product is faulty or does not meet the description on our website. All returns must be made within 5 days of receiving your order and proof of purchase must be provided. If these requirements are not met, Raw Kind reserves the right to not offer an exchange. If you wish to inquire about returns, please contact us.
